Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman who has the spirit and knowledge that comes from an adolescent, paired with the wisdom of a sage is a shining example of modern day woman who is able to do it all. Marilu is an actress writer, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. She is also the singer and dancer. It's no wonder she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's life has been an example of her healthy attitude. She believes that you can accomplish everything with healthy health. But it wasn't always this way. As a teenager, she watched as her weight increased. She ate out of emotion and always felt unwell. In her 50's, when parents of both her had lost their lives-her mother to issues with arthritis, and her father due to a heart attack that was fatal, she recognized that she required control over her own life. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve our overall health and create ways to improve the way our bodies were designed to perform.
